The ZSM1.000E is a scale (flake) ice maker only without refrigeration or controls, which can produce up to 1,000kg per day of scale type flake ice depending on the refrigeration duty available.

Scale ice is made at -7°C, which is cold enough to re-freeze its own meltwater, so care should be taken not to let it melt during storage otherwise it can freeze together into large pieces. Refrigerated storage is highly recommended.

This machine requries connection by a suitably qualified refrigeration engineer. It is continuously rated and works fully automatically. No moving parts in the refrigeration circuit of the evaporator, hence no leaks due to rotating seals.
