ZBE5.000 ice machine (standard and tropical versions)

	The ZBE5.000 is a 5 tonne ice machine with a choice of three different sizes of flake. The machine is packaged with refrigeration and controls so is simple to install, the only site work required is the connection of utilities and ice pipe. Standard model guaranteed at 20°C air, 15°C water Tropical model guaranteed at 35°C air, 25°C water It is continuously rated and works fully automatically. No moving parts in the refrigeration circuit of the evaporator, hence no leaks due to rotating seals. This type of flake ice is made at -0.5°C so will not freeze together, making it ideal where no refrigerated storage is available.

Ziegra triple water filtration kit
the Ziegra triple helps prevent the water related problems that can impair the efficiency, reliablity and longevity of any ice machine. Helps prevent the ingress of dirt and dissolved minerals which can coat evaporation surfaces, block lines and jam valves.
Water connection hose (part # 970221124)
Water inlet hose to connect from the outlet of the Ziegra triple water filter and the water inlet of the ice machine.
Large ice scoop
A large polymer scoop for hygienic handling of the ice.


Other options
Remote weatherproof or saltwater resistant condenser
A standard packaged ice machine has the condenser built into it. This is fine in enviroments that are cool and well ventilated, with clean air, however for environments that get hot, dusty or do not have very good ventilation a remote condenser mounted outside the building is the solution. Remote machines must only be professionally installed by persons qualified to do so. Remote condensers come weatherproofed as standard for outside installation, however for applications close to the sea, saltwater resistant Cu/Cu condensers are recommended.
Auto flush cleaning system
Every Ziegra ice machine has as standard a sealed water system for maximum possible water hygiene. However for applications where hygiene is a high priority, additonal systems can be fitted. Auto water drain down empties the water resovoir every time the machine is switched off, preventing water from stagnating in the tank. Auto water drain down is available separately or with an additional auto flushing system. This system can be pre-set to automatically flush through the water system with clean water at intervals pre-determined by the customer.

109kg capacity insulated ice cart, moulded from food safe polymer for maximum hygiene. Also available a set of six totes to fit inside the cart, 11kg capacity each to make applying ice a little easier on the back.
