The ZNE125-S130 consists of a ZNE125 nugget ice machine on top of an S130 slope fronted, insulated ice storage bin.

The ice machine is a plug in unit and requires only connection to water and mains power supply. It is continuously rated and works fully automatically. No moving parts in the refrigeration circuit of the evaporator, hence no leaks due to rotating seals.

The hygienic sealed water system, boxed in construction and stainless steel panels makes this machine ideal for installation in factory environments where safety and hygiene are of paramount importance, especially when people may be working around the machine.

The bin is of a slope fronted design and construction is of welded steel shell and frame. Exterior finish is stainless steel front, top and sides with galvanised steel back and bottom.

The bin has non-corroding polyethylene liner inside. Insulation is non-CFC polyurethane foam, bonded to shell and liner for added strength. Lift door has a stainless steel exterior and ABS interior, bonded together with non-CFC polyurethane foam for extra rigidity and strength. A conveniently low door sill height allows easy access to ice in the bottom of the bin. Door opening to be sealed with fully replaceable gasketing. Legs adjustable from 152mm to 191mm. Bin drain 1” FPT rigid PVC.

Every Ziegra ice machine has as standard a sealed water system for maximum possible water hygiene. However for applications where hygiene is a high priority, additonal systems can be fitted. Auto water drain down empties the water resovoir every time the machine is switched off, preventing water from stagnating in the tank. Auto water drain down is available separately or with an additional auto flushing system. This system can be pre-set to automatically flush through the water system with clean water at intervals pre-determined by the customer.
