UBE10.000 flake ice machine

	The UBE10.000 is a 10 tonne chip type flake ice machine with a choice of three different sizes of chip or flake. The machine is packaged, which means it includes the refrigeration, icemaker and controls in one compact unit so installation requires only the connection of utilities and ice pipe/level control. The hygienic sealed water system and boxed in construction makes this machine ideal for installation in factory environments where people may be working around the machine. It is continuously rated and works fully automatically. No moving parts in the refrigeration circuit of the evaporator, hence no leaks due to rotating seals. Chip type flake ice is made at -0.5°C so will not freeze together, making it ideal where no refrigerated storage is available.

Ziegra triple water filtration kit
The Ziegra triple water filtration unit helps prevent the water related problems that can impair the efficiency, reliablity and longevity of any ice machine. Helps prevent the ingress of dirt and dissolved minerals which can coat evaporation surfaces, block lines and jam valves.
Large ice scoop
A large polymer scoop for hygienic handling of the ice.

Other options
Water connection hose (part # 970221124)
If you are self installing, you will need two water hoses, one to connect from the water supply to the inlet of the supplied Ziegra triple water filter and the other from the water outlet of the triple to the inlet of the ice machine. You will also need a 1/2" to 3/4" adaptor bush.
Remote weatherproof or saltwater resistant condenser
A standard packaged ice machine has the condenser built into it. This is fine in enviroments that are cool and well ventilated, with clean air, however for environments that get hot, dusty or do not have very good ventilation a remote condenser mounted outside the building is the solution. Remote machines must only be professionally installed by persons qualified to do so. Remote condensers come weatherproofed as standard for outside installation, however for applications close to the sea, saltwater resistant Cu/Cu condensers are recommended.
Remote ice maker
For applications where space is limited the icemaker and refrigeration unit can be separate. The icemaker is mounted close to where the ice is needed, while the refrigeration components are mounted in a more suitable remote location, often outside. Also useful for installation into areas where access is limited and fitting a larger unit would be more difficult.
Upgrade to stainless steel frame and panels
Recommended in production environments when hygiene is of paramount importance. Also when the machine may be subject to corrossion due to lots of water and/or salt.
Auto flush cleaning system
The auto flushing system can be pre-set to automatically flush through the water system with clean water at intervals pre-determined by the customer. Ziegra sanitiser can be added to this flush as an anti-bacterial measure.
Smartcart 240
109kg capacity insulated ice cart, moulded from food safe polymer for maximum hygiene. Also available a set of six totes to fit inside the cart, 11kg capacity each to make applying ice a little easier on the back.
